Classification of Product Warranties

1 Defective New Product Within 30 days Product, purchased within 30 days, malfunctioned under proper installation, is defined as defective new product.

-Free repair / replacement.
-Settway covers both ways shipping if the product is tested to be defective by Settway.
-If the returned product is tested to be working properly by Settway, customer is responsible to pay for the shipping for the return product.

2 Product under warranty Within 24 months
Product failed to function properly, purchased after 30 days and within 24 months, under normal use condition, is cover under product warranty.

 - Customer is responsible for the shipping return the defective product to Settway for repair; Settway will cover returning the repaired / replaced product to the customer.
 - If the returned product is opened / disassembled by the customer without prior authorization by Settway, customer is responsible for all repairs fee and both ways shipping.
All repairs are fee of charge, except product that is opened / disassembled by the customer without prior authorization by Settway.
3 Out of Warranty After 24 months ① Customer is responsible for both ways shipping.
② Product repair price quotation will be provided to the customer after tested by Settway, proceed with product repair after customer agreed to pay for the product repair.
Product repair fee is based on product repair estimation.

 

Troubleshooting

1 T5 Light is not turning on 1.Check and verify the power is on and the power source is within AC90~277V 50Hz/60Hz.
2.Verify the switch is on and power are properly connected.
3.Check the power terminal connection.
4.Check the LED light fixture power socket connection.
Light is flickering 1.Check the switch.
2.Check and verify the power is within AC90~277V 50Hz/60Hz.
3.Check and verify the connections from switch, power socket, and power terminal are all properly connected.
4.If the problem is caused by product's internal connection, please return the product to Settway for repair.
2 T8 Light is not on Replaceable AC90~277V 50Hz/60Hz 1.Verify the original fixture is using magnetic or electronic ballast.
2.Remove the original fixture's magnetic ballast.
3.Verify the fixture's power input is from both sides, not just one side.
4.Verify the connections on both sides are firmly connected.
5.If problem is still the same, please return to Settway for repair.
Non-replaceable AC90~277V 50Hz/60Hz 1.Regardless of original fixture's ballast types, magnetic or electronic ballast, be sure the disconnect the power source.
2.Check the light connections on both ends.
3.Replaceable lamp, with two ends connection, is not suitable for this type of fixture.
4.If the problem is still the same, please return to Settway for repair.
Light is flickering Replaceable AC90~277V 50Hz/60Hz 1.Check the power, power cord, and power terminal connection are properly connected.
2.Gently tap on the lamp to make sure the problem is with the lamp.
3.Please return to Settway if problem is still the same.
Non-replaceable AC90~277V 50Hz/60Hz 1.Check the power, power cord, and power terminal connection are properly connected.

3 Troffer Panel Light fixture is not on 1.Vertify the power is within AC90~277V 50Hz/60Hz.
2.Check the switch and power connection.
3.Check the power source.
4.Check and verify the power line connection, be sure the green/yellow line is connected to the ground connection and the power source is within AC90~277V 50Hz/60Hz.
5.Verfity the LED driver has same power as the power source.
6.Verify the two VDC power outputs from the LED driver is properly connected to the LED light panel and the light is turning on within 3 seconds after the power is turning on.
Half of the light panel is off 1.Check the power connection, make sure there is power on the other half of the light panel.
Light panel is flickering 1.Check and replace the LED driver , if the problem remains the same, please return the product to Settway for repair.

** Open / disassemble the product is strictly probihited, standard product warranty is void if the product is opened / disassembled by the customer without prior authorization from Settway.**
